PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footwear, causing a wearer to passively take toe exercise to be effective for promoting the health by the idea that when a user puts on the footwear, effectively he is forced to move to take toe exercise, and easily used in a daily life in a home as well as in walking. SOLUTION: In this footwear, a foot contact surface 2a where the sole comes into contact is formed with a gradient to ascend as it goes toward the toe as a weight moving means, and a grip 5 is formed in the vicinity of the root part of the toe T, so that when the weight is moved, the toe T is bent to be held on the grip 5.
