PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set including a sperm concentrating container and a holder for the sperm concentrating container, preventing a small diameter part from being bent from a fragile part even in the case of centrifugal separation and preventing damage of concentrated sperm even in the case of centrifugal separation. SOLUTION: This set includes the sperm concentrating container and a holder for the sperm concentrating container, wherein the sperm concentrating container is a sperm concentrating container including a drum part and a small diameter part, the holder includes an opening part and an inclined part, a small diameter part storing space for storing the small diameter part is formed inside the holder, the inclined part is formed to be gradually increased in space as it goes toward the opening part, and the small diameter part storing space is constructed so that when the small diameter part is stored inside the small diameter part storing space, and the small diameter part on the bottom side from the fragile part will not touch the holder.
