PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold air drying apparatus for evenly drying young sardines. SOLUTION: This cold air drying apparatus is designed to evenly dry young sardines through bringing a change to the wind direction. A rack 5 which is characterized by flow path formation of switching the wind direction from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction through screening each of the wall surfaces as the symmetries of the blowholes 6 and 7 of the rack 5 each in an opposite angle of the wind direction 8 and the wind direction 9 is grounded in a cold air drying storage 1 so that cold air passes not only the surface of young sardines 11 but also space of each of the solids.
