<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice grain coating apparatus which is intended for improving production efficiency of processed rice stuck with a plurality of kinds of coating materials on the surface and capable of equally sticking each of a plurality of kinds of the coating materials to the whole surface of rice grains. <P>SOLUTION: This rice grain coating apparatus has in the inside of a cylindrical forming member 50 for a stirring chamber in a posture of lying sideways, a spiral rotating body 91 which conveys a rice grain group received in the inside of the forming member 50 from a receiving port 55 to the longitudinal direction of the forming member 50 followed by discharging from a discharge port 57, and a coating material supply means 80 which supplies coating materials for coating rice grains from a rice grain conveying direction side below the receiving port 55 to the rice grain group positioned inside the forming member 50. The spiral rotating body 91 is formed by bringing the inside of a spiral conveyance action part 91b to a hollow state. The coating material supply means 80 comprises scattering a plurality of coating material supply parts 81 different in the kind of the coating materials to supply, to different positions in the rice grain conveying direction of the forming member 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
