PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material and its production method, wherein the same flexibility as that of a soft vinyl chloride resin, transparency and heat resistance are well-balanced. SOLUTION: A polyolefin sheet is obtained by pressing under cooling at least one surface of a fused resin sheet by a metal belt with the use of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer (A) comprising the ingredients (A1) and (A2), which satisfies the following (A-i) to (A-iii). (A-i) In a 1st process, 30-95 wt.% of only propylene or a propylene-ethylene random copolymer ingredient (A1) having≤7 wt.% ethylene content and in a 2nd process 70-5 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer ingredient (A2) containing ethylene in an amount of 3-20 wt.% more than the ingredient (A1) are polymerized step-by-step using a metallocene catalyst. (A-ii) An MFR of the propylene-ethylene block copolymer is in the range of 0.1-30 g/10 min. (A-iii) A tanδcurve in solid viscoelasticity measurement has a single peak at≤0°C.
