PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a noise reduction instrument, a handsfree instrument and a noise reduction method" with which quality of communication voice is assured by suppressing surrounding noise. SOLUTION: The surrounding noise is easily reduced without troubling a driver or processing the communication voice by providing the noise reduction instrument with a microphone part 3 which inputs voice in a vehicle, a communication voice analysis part 1a which analyzes the voice inputted by the microphone part 3 and a handsfree control part 7 which controls both or either of a noise generation source equipment control part 5 which controls equipment to be a generation source of the noise, which is loaded in the vehicle or a noise shielding equipment control part 6 which controls equipment which shields noise from the outside of the vehicle and constituting the noise reduction instrument so that the generation source of the noise may be automatically removed or the noise may be shielded when the quality of voice is lowered.
