PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microrelay with improved contact reliability. SOLUTION: Conductive patterns 18, 18', blocking respective through-holes 10, are provided on one surface of a body 1. In an airtight space constituted of the body 1 with the plurality of through-holes 10 blocked by the conductive patterns 18, 18' and housing holes 16 blocked by a lid body 17, a cover 4, and a frame part 31 intercalated between the body 1 and the cover 4, an armature 30, movable contacts 39, a fixed contacts 14 are housed. Accordingly, infiltration of foreign matters between the fixed contacts 14 and the movable contacts 39 is prevented, and the contact reliability is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
