PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercooler which materializes cost reduction and high resistance to heat strain and torsion with a simple composition. SOLUTION: An intercooler 10 connected onto an air pipe 9 coupling a turbocharger to an engine 26 is equipped with an intercooler body 3 for cooling air supercharged to the engine 26, a hose 5 having a flexibility or elasticity and connecting the intercooler body 3 with the air pipeline 9, a swivel joint 4 interposed between the hose 5 and the air pipeline 9 to connect the hose 5 so as to be freely rockable with respect to the air pipeline 9, a frame 6 provided so as to be freely rocked around the swivel joint 4 and a mount 7 having flexibility or elasticity by which the intercooler body 3 is buffer-supported with respect to the frame 6.
