PURIFICATION MEANS WASHING METHOD, PURIFICATION MEANS WASHING APPARATUS, AND PURIFICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification means washing method and a purification means washing apparatus capable of efficiently removing organic matter polluting purification means by simple operation. SOLUTION: The method for washing purification means trapping organic matter contained in a fluid involves steps of (a) bringing the purification means trapping organic matter into contact with oxidizing water containing an oxidizing substance and (b) removing the organic matter from the purification means by heating the purification means trapping organic matter and the oxidizing water at a prescribed temperature. The purification means washing apparatus for carrying out the method comprises (1) a storage part for storing the purification means trapping at least a portion of organic matter contained in a fluid, (2) oxidizing water supply means for supplying oxidizing water containing an oxidizing substance to the storage part, and (3) heating means for heating the oxidizing water supplied to the storage part.
