PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush equipped with a tube containing a toothpaste which can be attached or removed easily and surely and needs not be removed after every use. SOLUTION: In a toothbrush composed of a tip end section and a toothpaste accommodating section, the tip end section comprises a handle portion, a brush portion and a connecting portion. The toothpaste container containing a toothpaste is accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating section, and the handle portion has a feeding path for feeding the toothpaste from the connecting portion to the brush portion. When the tip end of the toothpaste container is connected to the connecting portion, the toothpaste in the toothpaste container is fed to the feeding path. The connecting portion has a plurality of connecting means projecting therefrom, and when the tip end of the toothpaste container is connected to the connecting portion, the connecting means are inserted into the toothpaste container.
