<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging device which is equipped with an unloader, having a handling arm capable of determining whether the loading position and the size of a cover sheet is appropriate. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging device is used for packaging products. The packaging device comprises a movable supporting base, the top surface of which is equipped with a plurality of support pallets; a means for sequentially moving the supporting base; a loader unit for loading an array of package bases in the support pallet; a laying unit for laying a sheet as a laminated cover on the array of the package bases; a heat-sealing head for heat-sealing the laminated cover to the package base; and the unloader for unloading the sealed package from the packaging device. The unloader is equipped with the handling arm 140, having an precise sensor plate; the precise sensor plate 146 specifies the position, where the cover sheet is placed on the precision sensor plate 146, by using a plurality of photoelectric sensors; and it is determined whether the loading position and size of the cover sheet are appropriate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
