PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade exchangeable cutter to solving the problems of conventional snap-off blade cutters that a blade has an elongated form for feeding causing danger on occasion by a using manner and labor to fold and cut a blade is required sometimes. SOLUTION: In this blade exchangeable cutter, all sides of an exchangeable blade have a shape with the part with an edge and the part without edge.
