PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transceiver capable of preventing of malfunction at a wake up detecting circuit etc. , and to provide a display driver and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The transceiver comprises a receiver circuit 32 for receiving a differential signal through a differential signal line, a wake up detecting circuit 38 for monitoring a first and a second signal lines DP and DM constituting the differential signal line in a power down mode period when the differential signal line is set to a high impedance status and activating a wake up detected signal WKDET when it is determined that voltage differential between DP and DM became a given detection voltage, and a pull-down circuit 80 for setting DP and DM to a voltage level of a first power supply VSS during the power down mode period.
