PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance LC compound component having both large L and C and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The LC compound component comprises: a sintered ferrite substrate 1; a thin film capacitor element C1 formed with the surface smoothing layer of an inorganic oxide formed on the sintered ferrite substrate 1, a first or first-group electrode layer, a second or second-group electrode layer and a thin film dielectric layer interposed between the first or first-group electrode layer and the second or second-group electrode layer; and inductance elements L1 and L2 formed with a conductor coil layer provided on the sintered ferrite substrate 1. A large capacity is achieved by the thin film capacitor element C1 formed with the thin film dielectric layer and the inductance of inductance elements L1 and L2 is increased by the use of the sintered ferrite substrate.
