PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for an electronic apparatus of high heat dissipation performance wherein air is not sucked reversely from a part of a blowing slit when a heat dissipation amount is large and an opening part of an air blowing slit is provided in two directions. SOLUTION: The cooling device for an electronic apparatus has a centrifugal fan 20, a first air suction port 8 provided to an upper side or a lower side of an impeller of the centrifugal fan 20, air blowing slits 5, 7 which are provided to a side of the centrifugal fan 20 and have heat dissipation fins 2, 3, 4, and a second air suction slit 6 provided to an area near the air blowing slits 5, 7.
