PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam which can be used for automotive seal members and the like, and has a high expansion ratio, excellent flexibility, and an excellent cushioning property. SOLUTION: This resin composition for the foams is characterized by comprising a rubbery olefinic soft resin (C) which is obtained by knead-reacting an organic peroxide cross-linking type olefinic copolymer rubber (A) with an organic peroxide decomposition type crystalline olefinic resin (B) and in whose microcoagulation structure the organic peroxide cross-linking type olefinic copolymer rubber (A) and the organic peroxide decomposition type crystalline olefinic resin (B) exist in a mutually interpenetrated state different from a continuous phase and a discontinuous phase.
