PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication that has high radio wave utilization efficiency and a small delay when relaying information transmitted from a base station to a terminal that can not directly communicate with the base station. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal transmits an existence notification message at prescribed intervals to notify other mobile terminals of the existence of a self-terminal. A mobile terminal receiving the existence notification message stores the mobile terminal of the transmitting source. In addition, the mobile terminal transmits a base station signal reception message and notifies the other mobile terminals that the self-terminal exists within a communicable area of the base station when receiving a signal (beacon) transmitted periodically from the base station. A mobile terminal receiving the base station signal reception message stores the mobile terminal of the transmitting source.
