PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomarker having high specificity regarding pollinosis. SOLUTION: In the inspection/evaluation method of allergy to cedar pollen, a mass-to-charge ratio is set to be a biomarker for the plasma constituents or serum constituents of people having allergy to cedar pollen and able-bodied people (symptomless people). Also, in the granulocyte of the people having allergy to cedar pollen and able-bodied people, the identification of genes, in which manifestation varies significantly, is found by DNA chips and is used as a biomarker for the inspection/evaluation method of allergy to cedar pollen.
