PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine using game balls which prevents a fraudulent program from staying in the unused area of the storage means of a microcomputer controlling games and which performs power failure processing in an early stage as much as possible without bringing about multiple interruptions. SOLUTION: A CPU 41a initializes the unused area and unused stack area of a RAM 41c for each game. Also, while executing either one of power OFF interruption processing and timer interruption processing, the CPU 41a inhibits the interruption of the other interruption processing. When the interruption timing of the power OFF interruption processing and the interruption timing of the timer interruption processing become simultaneous, the CPU 41a executes the power OFF interruption processing preferentially. Also, when voltage drop signals are input while executing the timer interruption processing, the CPU 41a waits for the end of the timer interruption processing before executing the power OFF interruption processing.
