A device for controlling drying ratio of sludge, which is capable of optionally controlling drying ratio of sludge by controlling sludge retention time according to moisture content of sludge discharged through a sludge discharge port after drying sludge using steam, is provided. In a sludge drying equipment comprising a sludge supply pipe, a body, several rotary shafts, paddles, a steam supply pipe, a steam discharge pipe, and a sludge discharge pipe(17), a device for controlling drying ratio of sludge comprises: an opening(19) formed in the sludge discharge pipe to discharge dried sludge through the opening; rack gears(20) and rails oppositely and vertically installed at both edge ends of the opening; an adjusting plate(18) slidingly connected to the sludge discharge pipe such that the adjusting plate is liftable and lowerable in the state that the adjusting plate is caught on the rails; a shaft rod(21) installed perpendicularly to the adjusting plate; pinion gears(22) installed at both ends of the shaft rod and slid with the rack gears; and a bevel gear box(23) installed at an end of one side of the shaft rod to drive the pinion gears connected to both ends of the shaft rod by allowing an adjusting means(24) to drive the bevel gear box and control drying ratio of sludge desirably by driving the rack gears slid with the pinion gears, thereby lifting and lowering the entire adjusting plate so that sludge retention time is controlled. |
