An assembling method of an iron rod frame for manufacturing a pretensioned spun high strength concrete pile is provided to modify the structure of the pretensioned spun high strength concrete pile by resisting tension and bending according to characteristic of a loaded structure, loading condition, stress, ground condition, construction method and situation of construction work. Caulked 6 to 24 prestressed concrete steel rods are arranged axially to a high strength concrete pile, and ends of the prestressed concrete steel rods are arranged at regular intervals and fixed to a chuck plate of a knitting machine(S11). Ends of caulked 6 to 24 reinforcing bars are arranged between the prestressed concrete steel rods and fastened to a first fixing member(S12). The prestressed concrete steel rods and the reinforcing bars are spirally surrounded and welded into spiral steel reinforcing bars(S13). The caulked end of the prestressed concrete steel rod is fixed to a second fixing member, and the other caulked end is fastened to a third fixing member(S14). A caulked end of the reinforcing bar is fastened to the second fixing member, and the other end of the reinforcing bar is fastened to the third fixing member(S15). The prestressed concrete steel rod or the light steel wire is used as the reinforcing bar. The first fixing member is a chuck plate of a knitting machine or a fixing jig, and the second fixing member is a fixing plate or a joint ring. |
