A winter shoe (1) with heating device with high comfort and duration, particularly but not exclusively for home or indoor environments in general comprising a sole (2) on top whereof an upper (3) is applied, the sole accommodating an electrically powered heating element (4), and being provided with a seat (5) which contains an electric battery (6), which is connected electrically to the heating element (4) and to an electrical connector (7) which can be accessed from the outside of the sole and can be connected to the electric mains in order to recharge the battery.
