A wire/wireless communication system for simultaneously transmitting voice and data is provided to enable a transmitter to mix/modulate the voice and data and transmit the mixed/modulated signal and enable a receiver to restore the mixed signal to voice and data, thereby exchanging more information within the same time and more exactly transmitting more information according as it becomes possible to transmit various information such as text or picture information to the other station during voice communication. As a circuit device for simultaneously transmitting and receiving voice and data in a wire/wireless communication system, the circuit device comprises the followings: a transmitter which mixes and processes a voice signal and a data signal, and transmits the mixed and processed signal to a modulation circuit; and a receiver which divides the signal, received after being mixed with the voice signal and the data signal, into a voice signal and a data signal in order to restore the mixed signal to an original signal. |
