A motor having a clearance compensation structure and a steering device having a worm gear are provided to maximize the steering precision and reduce the vibration and noise from the clearance between gear ratios by eliminating the clearance of the worm wheel and the worm. A vehicle steering device contains an auxiliary steering device connected to a steering shaft allowing a driver to steer a wheel by adding the steering power and installed to assist a driver's steering power so as to control the traveling direction of a vehicle. A motor having a clearance compensation structure and a steering device having a worm gear comprises a worm shaft(206) formed with the worm on the outer peripheral surface; a worm wheel(201) connected to the steering shaft, and installed to have a gear ratio same as the worm; a motor(110) connected to one end of the worm shaft; a rotary housing(333) containing the worm shaft whose rotary center is separated from the rotary center of the rotary housing; and a worm wheel housing(105) surrounding the rotary housing and the worm wheel. The worm wheel housing is divided to a first housing surrounding the worm wheel and a second housing surrounding the rotary housing.
