摘要 A phone call etiquette service system and method are provided to transmit pre-set music or announcement voice, not a flat mechanical sound, when one side first terminates a call while phone conversation is progressing. A controller(210) controls the overall operation of a phone call etiquette service system. A database(270) stores call connection information, call connection termination information, and at least one or more etiquette messages. When information about a call connection between an origination terminal and a destination terminal, a call state management unit(230) stores it in the database(270) and manages call state information, and when a call connection termination message is received, the call state management unit(230) transmits an etiquette message to a corresponding terminal which has not terminated the call connection yet. When a call connection termination message is received from the call state management unit(230), an etiquette message transmitter(250) searches and extracts phone number of the other terminal of the terminal which has terminated the call connection, and transmits the etiquette message to the corresponding terminal.
