A method and a system for offering a voice message storage service in absence of a resident, and a computer-readable medium storing a program for executing the same are provided to minimize business of a manager by making a visitor visiting an absent unit house leave a voice message and transferring the voice message to the resident. A terminal state setting part(112) enables the resident to select an absent mode. A terminal state information transmitter(114) transmits the set terminal state to a management server(200). A recording start command input part(122) receives a recording start command from the visitor. A terminal information storing part(124) stores terminal information including a unique house code. A recording start command/terminal information transmitter(126) transmits the recording start command the terminal information including the unique house code to the server. A voice input part(132) receives the voice of the visitor. A voice transmitter(134) transmits the received voice to the server. A call signal receiver(142) receives a call signal transmitted from the server. A voice receiver(152) receives the voice of the visitor transmitted from the server.
