A drain plug for oil is provided to remove the moisture remaining in the oil by combining the case equipped with a moisture absorption filter at the upper end of the screw unit. A drain plug(10) for oil for removing the metal impurities in the oil is composed of plural holes combined at the rear end of a screw unit(11) of the drain plug and formed at the wall; and a cylindrical magnet whose upper end is opened. A second screw unit(13) is formed at the center of the rear end of the screw unit to have a smaller diameter than the diameter of the screw unit. Holes(32) are formed with a pitch to correspond to the second screw unit at the center of the lower end of the cylindrical magnet and combined by the screw. A moisture absorption filter(40) is installed in the cylindrical magnet, and the upper end of the cylindrical magnet is closed up to remove the metal impurities and the moisture at the same time.
