A cooking method using steam is provide to improve the cooking performance by receiving the cooking temperature, receiving the steam level, and operating the steam cooking period. In an automated household oven(10) having a cooking space(14), a heating system(35) for heating the cooking space, and a steam system for introducing the steam to the cooking space, a cooking method using the steam is composed of a step of receiving the cooking temperature inputted by a user; a step of receiving the steam level inputted by the user; and a step of operating the pre-programmed steam cooking period on the basis of the cooking temperature inputted by the user and the steam level inputted by the user. The operation step sets speed for elevating the temperature in the space to the inputted cooking temperature desired by the user. |
