The present invention refers to a buckle, comprising a frame (3;3') having a substantially rectangular profile, formed by four sides (3a,3b; 3'a,3'b), parallel two by two, a crosspiece (5;5') arranged between two facing sides (3b;3'b) of said frame, a fixed pin (7;7') arranged on said crosspiece (5;5'), preferably in middle position between said two facing sides and a tongue (13;13') transversely mounted with respect to said two facing sides (3b;3'b) and pivoting with respect to them.
