摘要 Provided are a device and a method which overcome difficulties to prepare an alpha-phase alumina of ultrafine size and existing technical problems in obtaining a nanocomposite powder formed by homogeneously mixing multi-components. The device comprises a reactor(230) having heat-insulation membrane;(290) a temperature control tube(220) which is wound around outer wall of the reactor(230) in a coil type so as to control a temperature; a thermocouple and a pH-meter(270) installed in the reactor(230); a supply tube(300) for supplying raw material and solvent to the reactor(230); a stirrer(200) installed in the reactor(230); a filter(320), a drying room(330), and a heating room(340) which are connected to one end of the reactor(230) through flow path. The method comprises the steps of: adding an ammonium alum to solvent in the reactor, dissolving the alum into the solvent, and then cooling the solution to 5-15 deg.C; reacting a solution of ammonium hydrogen carbonate with the solution in the reactor at the same temperature and pH 9-11 to form a precursor of ammonium aluminum carbonate(AACH); and heating the precursor.
