A system for preventing sticking of a pump, automatically performing discharge and informing an operation state includes a discharge pump operation time setting timer(1), a water supply unit for test, a water level detection sensor(3), a discharge pump operation state detection section(6), a communication information memory section(11), an information message memory section(12), a control section(13), a pump drive section, and a data communication interface(14). The pump drive section continually drives a discharge pump for a predetermined period of time or until the level of the water in a vessel lowers to a predetermined value under the control of the control section.
