The present invention describes a new system to test programs for computers that control machines, so called embedded systems. Test cases that are compiled and linked are downloaded to the embedded system, executed and the results reported. The test cases replace each other in the memory of the controller so that only one or a limited amount of test cases are at the same time in the embedded system. This minimizes the need of memory on the controller, but still makes it possible to run a big amount of different tests. |
