A decoration plate having a hologram pattern for a mobile phone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to exactly form the hologram to the user's desired position, thereby preventing generation of the defects. A protection vinyl is attached on the entire surface of a substrate panel with stainless material in order to protect the substrate panel(S10). An outward appearance of the substrate panel is processed so that a decoration plate is formed(S20). The protection vinyl is removed, and the entire surface of the decoration plate is grinded by means of the polishing-agent(S30). The decoration plate is washed so that the oil component is removed(S40). The decoration plate is seated on a jig of a laser device and a hatching line is formed on the entire surface of the decoration plate by radiating the layer beam so that the hologram is formed on the entire surface of the decoration plate(S50). The decoration plate is washed by means of ultrasonic waves(S60).
