An organic light-emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to effectively prevent the leakage of light to a non-pixel region by forming a black frit on an upper part of a scan driving unit adjacent to a pixel region. An organic light-emitting display device includes a first substrate(100), a second substrate(200), and a frit(300). The first substrate includes a pixel region(105) having a plurality of organic light-emitting diodes and a non-pixel region having a plurality of scanning driving units(120,120') for supplying driving signals to the pixel region. The second substrate is arranged on an upper part of the first substrate in order to be overlapped with a part of the pixel region and the non-pixel region of the first substrate. The frit is positioned between the first and second substrates in order to attach the first and second substrates to each other. The frit is overlapped with a part of the non-pixel region including at least one region of the scan driving unit.
