A food processing machine with a brown rice polishing function and a control method thereof are provided to perform a brown rice polishing function by installing a steel net container in a receptacle and a brown rice polishing blade tool to a motor rotary shaft. In the food processing machine with a brown rice polishing function, a spline shaft rod(12) is installed at the upper side of a motor rotary shaft(10) of a body(2) and combined with an inner spline shaft groove of rotary blade tools(32) positioned in a fixed receptacle(4). An upper shaft of the blade tool is rotatably supported by a bearing(24) of a receptacle lid(6) while the receptacle lid is closed. The food processing blade tool rotating together with the motor rotary shaft is installed in the receptacle in processing food stuffs. A steel net container(30) are fixed and placed in the receptacle and the brown rice polishing blade tool integrally rotating with the motor rotary shaft are formed.
