A cooking apparatus and a heating cooking method are provided to bake a cake efficiently by forming two heating units in a cover and a bottom, and to prevent the cake from being dried, burned or half-cooked by controlling temperature with a temperature sensor, setting heating time and detecting dough. A cooking apparatus includes a cooker containing food, a bottom heating unit(4) for heating food by the cooker, a cooker sensor(7) for detecting temperature of food in the cooker, an operation unit(6) for performing a rice course and a cake course, a control unit(10) for controlling the bottom heating unit according to the rice course and the cake course, a cover for closing an upper opening part of the cooker, a cover heating unit(5) installed in the cover, and a cover sensor(8) installed in the cover to measure temperature of food in the cooker. The control unit stops heating by the bottom heating unit temporarily in case that temperature of food is the first predetermined temperature by heating food with the bottom heating unit, increases temperature by residual heat to the second predetermined temperature, and controls heating of the bottom heating unit and the cover heating unit according to temperature from the cooker sensor or the cover sensor, the second predetermined temperature and the third predetermined temperature. The control unit, a timer(9), an alarm unit(11) and a decision unit are formed by combining electronic components such as a microcomputer and a piezoelectric element. |
