The device has a water intake (1) whose diameter is varied according to the quantity of water desired at an exhaust outlet (9). A water fountain (7) surrounds the outlet and permits to create a water wall at the outlet. The water wall is created so as to increase the weight of the water molecules and to reduce the temperature of the ejected gas. The water wall has a volume equal to one tenth of the volume of the exhaled gas.
