A structure of an air vent for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts by integrally injection-molding an elastic piece with an operation unit, to reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying assembling process, and to restrict scratch of plastic by reducing friction between a guide unit and the elastic piece with a recessed part. A structure of an air vent for a vehicle includes plural vertical wings(20) hinge-connected to a housing(50) and interlocked with each other to adjust air flow direction up and down, plural horizontal wings(30) vertically formed in the vertical wings and hinge-combined with upper and lower parts of the housing to adjust air flow direction to the right and the left, an adjusting handle(40) formed in front of the vertical wing to operate the horizontal wing and the vertical wing, and an operation unit(80) combined with the adjusting handle and integrally formed with an elastic piece(84) pressing a rear part of the vertical wing and a grip bar(86) operating the horizontal wing. A recessed part is formed in the front of the elastic piece to decrease friction with the vertical wing.
