A floor system for damping vibration is provided to improve structural stability by decreasing amplitude of vibration with stacking various floor panel cores, and to insulate sound and heat by integrally constructing the floor system and reducing the height. A floor system(1) includes a floor panel(10) supporting vertical load and horizontal load and damping vibration by stacking floor panel cores(12,14,16) having different natural frequency, and a panel finishing material(50) installed in an upper part of the floor panel. The floor panel core is formed of an uneven panel including an upper uneven plate and a lower uneven plate, and the wave length of the floor panel core is decreased in the upper part of the system. The panel finishing material is installed in the upper plate of the uppermost floor panel core, and a ceiling material(30) is constructed in the lower plate of the lowest floor panel core.
