A print head, an ink jet image forming apparatus, and a compensating method for a missing nozzle thereof are provided to improve a compensating effect by properly using the bleeding of ink. In a print head(111), a nozzle part(112) prints an image by spraying ink on a print medium and has a nozzle row having a length corresponding to a width of the print medium. And a compensating nozzle part(112') compensates an image by using the bleeding of the ink sprayed from the nozzle part, is parallel with the nozzle row, and has a compensating nozzle row separately installed to a transfer direction of the print medium.
