PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve degree of freedom in design of an operation stick device itself and a device to be provided with the operation stick device, in regard to an operation stick device provided in a neutral position in usual and provided with an operation stick to be tilted between one side maximum tilting position and the other side maximum tilting position on both sides of a neutral position. SOLUTION: This operation stick device 1 is provided with a shifter rod 10 supported by the operation stick 2 freely to swing and extended in parallel with the swing plane of the operation stick 2, a compression spring 20 put on the shifter rod, spring holders 11 and 12 provided in the shifter rod and abut on both ends of the compression spring to hold the compression spring at the predetermined position on the shifter rod, spring stoppers 30 and 31 provided in the predetermined positions separated from a support shaft to abut on both ends of the compression spring held by the shifter rod, and a neutral position adjusting means 50 for adjusting neutral position of the operation stick by adjusting at least one of position of the compression spring on the shifter rod and position of the spring stopper separated from the support shaft.
