<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus where developer smoothly circulates, and also, the mixing performance of toner and the developer is high even when a large amount of toner is replenished once, and the delay of the electrification rise of the toner hardly occurs, and capable of coping with the increase of an image forming speed, and to provide an image forming apparatus including the developing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The developing apparatus 1 is equipped with a developing tank 2 where a stirring roller 4, a 1st stirring roller 5, a 1st layer thickness control member 6, a 2nd layer thickness control member 7, a flowing board 8, a stay preventing member 10 and a 2nd stirring roller 11 are incorporated, and also, includes a toner sensor 9, and a toner replenishing opening part 3 is formed in the top plate 2a as a developing tank wall positioned above the flowing board 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
