<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost polyethylene- or polypropylene-based reclaimed film by recovering polyethylene or polypropylene, or the like contained in wastes such as waste plastic containers and packages and using an inflation molding method. <P>SOLUTION: The reclaimed film is obtained by adding a compatibilizer (B1) for polyethylene and polypropylene and polyethylene and/or a copolymer thereof (C) to a recovered plastic mixture (A) comprising 40 to 60 wt.% recovered polyethylene, 40 to 60 wt.% recovered polypropylene, and 0 to 10 wt.% other recovered plastics, the total of these being 100 wt.%, and subjecting the resulting mixture to inflation molding.
