PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usable limit temperature of a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant resin lining by reinforcing with a thermal-sprayed skeleton. SOLUTION: A thermal-sprayed coarse film having continuous pores is formed in the surface of a base material by thermal-spraying a corrosion-resistant metal or a ceramic powder. The film is used as a reinforcing skeleton, the film is impregnated with a penetratable heat-resistant resin, the resin is solidified in the continuous pore, to form a non-penetrating lining layer. The resin is reinforced three-dimensionally by the thermal-sprayed skeleton, and keeps stable corrosion-resistant property even at a high temperature. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
