PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gas from getting redissolved in an ink and supply the ink from which dissolved gas is removed to an inkjet head. SOLUTION: A sub tank 12 storing the ink and a deaeration device 16 are connected by a liquid supply pipe 17 and the deaeration device and the inkjet head 31 are connected by a liquid supply pipe 23. The liquid supply pipe 17 and the inkjet head are controlled so as to be heated by heaters 18 and 44. Furthermore, in the deaeration device, the ink is supplied into a hollow daughter member while controlling the atmosphere in a housing and a vacuum pump 25 is operated so as to suck and remove gas dissolved in the ink through the hollow daughter member. The dissolved gas is removed from the ink and the ink heated to a temperature suitable for discharge is supplied to an inkjet head. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
