PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable inductor which is capable of changing the inductance value without changing the shape of the inductor. SOLUTION: The inductor 10 has a plurality of thin film coils 2, 3, at least one film coil 3 among them is provided with an actuator 5, and the actuator 5 bends due to thermal expansion to move the thin film coil 3.
