PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet whose base material is fabric capable of surely preventing dust, while keeping conductivity and flexibility well. SOLUTION: A conductive sheet 7 is made from a conductive fabric 3, of which a conductive coating layer is formed on a fabric. A conductive resin layer 4 is formed on one or both surfaces of the conductive fabric 3 to be made to face the conductive coating layer. The conductive resin layer 4 comprises a conductive filler embedded in the resin. The average particle size of the conductive filler is equal to or thicker than the conductive resin 4. Since the entire surface of the conductive fabric 3 is covered uniformly so to speak with the conductive resin layer 4, ragging or scuffing of fabric or occurrence of fiber dust is eliminated, thus surely preventing generation of dust. In addition to the electrical conductivity of the sheet in the surface direction, specifying of particle size of conductive filler with respect to the thickness of resin layer improves electric conductivity of the sheet in the thickness direction.
