PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can reduce the contact resistance between the source and the drain electrodes and an organic semiconductor material layer by a simple manufacturing process, and to provide an optical device and a sensor device. SOLUTION: An organic field effect transistor has the source electrode 5, the drain electrode 6, and the organic semiconductor material layer 7 provided at least between these electrodes; and moves charge between the source and drain electrodes 5, 6 via the organic semiconductor material layer 7.
