PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new destaticizing method of electrostatic charge and a destaticizer in which a problem of the eliminating method of electrostatic charge using a conventional corona discharge is solved. SOLUTION: This has an alternate current voltage source to generate a higher alternate current voltage than a charged voltage of an object to be destaticized, a ventilation means of generating a wind to send a charge generated by the alternate current voltage generated from the alternate current voltage source, and a net member formed by a conductive member. The electric charge generated by the alternate current voltage which the alternate current voltage source generates is made to pass the grounded net member and sent to the object to be destaticized by a wind power which the ventilation means generates.
