PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post-treatment device capable of realizing delivery of sheet without separating it from an image formation device even when an upper conveying route is failed and switching front and back surfaces of the paper without separately providing a reversal mechanism. SOLUTION: The upper conveying route P is provided with a second conveying passage 23 for guiding the sheet from a first conveying passage 11 to a first delivery port 26 not via a punch hole formation device 8; and a third conveying passage 24 for guiding the sheet passing through the punch hole formation device 8 from the first conveying passage 11 to a second delivery port 28. A normally/reversibly rotatable first delivery roller 21 is arranged in the second conveying passage 23 and a fourth conveying passage 29 for re-conveying the switched back sheet from the second conveying passage 23 to the first conveying passage is provided on a first branch part 19.
